Common questions
How do I manage or cancel AFTR+?
AFTR+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in the App Store app. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account & data to permanently remove your information. To request a copy of your data, email us.
How does the photo scanner work?
Snap a photo of your meal and AFTR estimates the protein and calories for you. It’s an estimate you can adjust in a tap before saving.
Is AFTR medical advice?
No. AFTR is an informational tracking and habit app — not a medical device, not medical advice, and not affiliated with Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly. Always talk to your doctor about your medication, dose, and any side effects.
